Uploading Takes Time

Depending on you internet connection, network traffic and other variables uploading can take up to 15 mins for large video files, please be patient and wait it out. The site will notifiy once your video has been uploaded and converted. 

What’s the Maximum File Size for NumisQ Video?

The maximum file size for NumisQ uploaded videos is 512 MB. This is important, you don't want to wait for the upload to finish only to be told that file size to large.. Check it before uploading. 

 If you’re still struggling with a large file, though, you can always compress your video into a smaller size!

We do not restrict the length of you video, however it's important to note that most videos over 2 mins will not be fully viewed by members of the site. We recommend keeping your video's under 2 minutes in length. 

We will compress/convert your video to 720p and 360p. We create two files when you upload your video. The compression allows for faster load times, however you will lose a bit of clarity on larger / higher resolution devices. 

Images Sizes

Post Images can be up to 25MB, this is huge and will allow you to upload just about anything. We recommend making sure that your images 16:9 or 1:1 but the site will take just about anything you post. 

Cover Images (Header image for your Page or Profile) 
These Images need to be 1108px wide by 360px in height these images are limited to 25MB. These images are the first impression other members get about you and or your Business. After Selecting an image you will be able to recenter and crop the image. So if you upload an image that is 1500 X 1300 you will be able to move it around and center how you like it.  Smaller than 1108px X 360px will not be accepted and you'll have to try again.

Profile Image
Profile Images are limited to 20MB in size.
